Our Journey

How It All Started

We didn't begin with grand ambitions. It was simpler than that.

Back in 2019, our founder was living in a cramped London flat with barely a metre of balcony space. Frustrated by bland supermarket herbs and wilted packaged vegetables, they started experimenting with window boxes and small containers. What began as a personal hobby quickly became an obsession—learning about soil composition, drainage systems, and which varieties actually thrived in limited light.

The turning point came when friends kept asking for advice. They'd see the thriving mint, basil, and cherry tomatoes on the balcony and want to know the secret. But here's the thing: there wasn't much reliable information available. Most gardening guides assumed you had proper garden beds.
